Our Arbitration team is headed by Kristine Kim, our arbitration Manager who has nearly 10 years experience in the insurance industry including 8 years as a lawyer in insurance defense litigation, in addition to a strong background in insurance coverage issues and review. 

The CRS Arbitration Department provides complete review, filing and handling of direct placed arbitration files including writing full contentions, compiling evidence and creating scene diagrams.  The Arbitration Specialist assigned to handle any given arbitration file will also communicate with the Arbitration Forum on any issues which may arise and will collect from the Adverse Insurance Company on the award.  The Department also offers review services in order to determine “arbitratability” and can obtain Insured Statements both in written and recorded form.  Finally, the Arbitration Department works closely with the Insurance Group and the Uninsured Motorist Group (Collection Department) to provide a vertically integrated range of services in cases where the Adverse Insurance Company requests a subrogation demand or denies coverage.
